Environmental, Health and Safety Manager – Plant

Must have (5) years of plant level, safety and environmental compliance within manufacturing operations (ideally heavy industry) and a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. 

This position will be the sole EHS professional for the facility – identify existing and potential hazards, recommend corrective actions and build a strong EHS culture for a (200) employee non-union plant.  Must have experience knowing what “good looks like” and how to get there. 

Experience with hazardous waste, wastewater (RCRA) and training plus lead safety through influence is required.  Ability to roll out new initiatives, having a metric driven approach / utilizing key performance indicators in a manufacturing environment.
