The Process Engineering Manager will manage 20 people in the Process Engineering group over multiple production lines and will be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects and working with Operators on teaching how to use lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to solve problems. This position is located in Macon GA and is open due to plant expansion.
The Project Engineering Manager will manage a group of Engineers while leading both capital projects and improvement projects in the plant. This position is located in the State College PA area.
Both positions require a BS in Engineering preferably Mechanical and both positions require someone coming from consumer products or high speed manufacturing. Both positions require someone who is a strong, hands on leader that can manage a group of Engineers. Someone who is also a good coach, mentor, and developer of people.
