Job Summary: We are seeking an endocrinologist to join our team in Savannah, GA. The role requires a board certified/eligible candidate with an excitement for developing a new endocrinology practice. The successful candidate will provide both ambulatory and inpatient consults and will have a non-restrictive hospital call schedule from Monday to Friday 8:30-5. Our practice is currently recruiting one APP and CDE/RD to support the new practice.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and treating endocrine diseases

• Providing patient care for endocrine-related disorders

• Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests

• Prescribing medications

• Maintaining accurate patient records

• Developing individualized treatment plans

• Educating patients and their families about endocrine-related conditions

• Participating in research, education, and healthcare initiatives

 

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree

• Board certification/eligibility in Endocrinology

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of GA

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

 

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of endocrinology experience

• Knowledge of endocrine diseases and treatments

• Familiarity with laboratory and imaging technologies

• Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
