A highly regarded legal team is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Employment & Labor practice. This role focuses on employment counseling, regulatory compliance, and transactional support, with opportunities to work in a fast-paced advisory practice.
Position Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on employment laws, statutory compliance, and workplace policies
- Draft and negotiate executive employment and separation agreements
- Provide counsel on the employment aspects of M&A transactions
- Support clients with day-to-day employment and labor issues
- Assist in employment-related litigation as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in employment counseling and transactional matters
- Strong knowledge of employment law compliance and executive agreements
- Litigation experience is a plus
- Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials from a recognized law school
Compensation & Benefits:
