Electrical Engineering Controls Engineer
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or Controls Engineering as well as two or more years of electrical controls engineering experience is required
  • Pay up to $38 per hour
  • Up to 50% travel

This full time, permanent Electrical Engineering Controls Engineer opportunity is at a equipment and machine manufacturer that sets the worldwide industry quality standard. All products are engineered and built solely in the United States. Engineers here creatively design products to enhance and/or upgrade customer automation systems resulting in higher quality output or lower costs. The successful candidate’s duties and responsibilities will encompass:
  • Creating custom Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems
  • Creating the platform to control various automation system equipment and machines
  • Working with a variety of engineering, manufacturing and sales employees
  • Traveling fifty percent
 
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or Controls Engineering
  • Two or more years of electrical controls engineering experience
  • Rockwell experience
  • Allen-Bradley experience
  • Motion controls experience
  • Servo programming familiarity
  • HMI screen development experience
  • Ability to travel within the United States and Canada
  • Possess a solid work history
  • Being a US citizen or green card holder
  • Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
