EHS Manager – Plant

Must have at least (6) years of plant EHS leadership (safety focus) experience with an emphasis on Safety.  Position will lead site level safety and environmental initiatives for a large, union heavy manufacturing facility.  Directly supervises an EHS Department and reports into the Plant Manager.

Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety or Environmental from an accredited program.  

Key Requirements include:

·         Industrial safety experience with proven track record of cultural change success.

·         Strong heavy manufacturing background experience.

·         Accountable for rebuilding the safety culture, employee engagement and coaching / mentoring the EHS Department.

Outstanding career growth into other EHS leadership roles within larger facilities, divisional or corporate functions.
