Client is a healthcare organization with 10 hospitals across 3 states: Alaska, Washington and Oregon.
This particular hospital location is a smaller critical access hospital on the coast of Oregon.
Florence Oregon is an amazing coastal town with a year round population of about 10,000 and over one MILLION visitors per year come and vacation there.

This leadership position will oversee the Operating Room staff, the Recovery Room staff and the Sterile Processing Department staff. This position reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with leadership throughout the organization to maximize operational efficiencies and meet capital and operating budget goals.
Participate in operational planning and implementation of organizational strategic plans and ensure overall operational performance.
Promotes change, facilitates redesign, and implements systems and processes to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation within all programs and clinical units.
Develop implementation plans for providing nursing care.
Develop patient care programs and implement an effective ongoing program to measure, assess and improve the quality and outcomes of nursing care delivered to patients.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience as an Operating Room Nurse with increasing responsibility, most recently coming from a Nurse manager position. Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
