Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrician to join our team. The successful candidate should be board certified or board eligible in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics and have requirements for medical education representation. This position offers excellent opportunity for work/life balance, with an established patient base, including light volume of inpatient consults and rounding.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, assessment, and treatment of children with developmental and behavioral concerns

• Develop and implement treatment plans, in partnership with families, utilizing evidence-based strategies

• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure quality patient care

• Participate in research projects and scholarly activities

• Maintain accurate patient records

 

Qualifications:

• Board certified or board eligible in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Commitment to excellence and ongoing professional development

 

Experience and Skills:

• Knowledge of developmental and behavioral disorders

• Experience working with children and families

• Proficiency in electronic health records

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills
