Position Summary The Development and Business Development Coordinator performs a variety of tasks to plan and accomplish goals in all areas of the Construction and Investor Group.
Essential ConstructionManagementFunctions •Support in generating work product for both Corporate Counsel and Construction Management •Lease abstracting/Construction marketing materials •Attend development meetings
Essential Business Development Functions •Primary liaison for Investor communications •Oversee ownership transfer requests from Investors w/counsel •Maintain annual transfer files/Schedule A’s/Investor master list •Assist corporate counsel in drafting Annual Letters and interim correspondence •Oversee and Update Master Investor List •Primary lead on Investor Portal set up •Liaison w/ New Investors on New Offerings
Key Qualifications •Three years’experience in the construction, Development or Real Estateindustry •Strong oral and written communication skills •Strong computer skills including experience using MS Word, Excel, etc. •Strong problem solving skills with the ability to develop and/or recognize creative, appropriate solutions that enhance team services. •Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change toreach team objectives
