Work with the research team to conduct quantitative projects across multiple research methodologies and a diverse set of clients.
Utilize the most appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques.
Outline sampling plan in line with the described techniques.
Design questionnaires based on the most appropriate research methodology to answer client objectives.
Oversee the field work initiative and manage any escalations that arise during execution of fieldwork in partnership with the Research Analysts.
Focus on execution, primarily data-centric aspects including data manipulation, data analysis, interactive template-based deliverables, and reporting.
Create analysis plans for moderate complexity studies.
Interpret data, write reports and make actionable recommendations.
Work closely with the project management team to ensure the smooth execution and on-time delivery of research services including programmed survey links, survey fielding, reports, and other deliverables.
Support end users as needed – answering programming questions, data and analysis questions, and executing one-off analysis requests as needed.
Ensure quality assurance of the deliverable is in line with client’s expectations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of market research experience with a research vendor firm
Experience with data-intensive aspects of online survey research: programming, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience with all aspects of online survey research
Responsibilities include design/questionnaire writing, programming, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience with advanced research techniques and methodologies.
Must be an expert-level user of Excel.
Experienced using one or more online survey platforms.
Undergraduate degree in marketing, social sciences, mathematics or other related field, ideally with a quantitative emphasis on statistics or research methods.
Self-starter with a strong drive and motivation to have an impact.
