Education & Experience:
· Business or related degree required
· Experience as Credit Manager, Credit Analyst, or similar role preferred
Skills Needed:
· Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Excel
· Experience with Adobe
· Ability to maintain calendar and meet deadlines with little supervision
· Detail-oriented and organized workspace
· Ability to complete work efficiently with a focus on quality
· Ability to communicate via verbal and written methods in a clear and effective manner
· Good attitude and positive personality
· Ability to maintain professional relationships with other associates and vendors
· Experience with DocuSign a plus
· Experience with Oracle/JD Edwards a plus
Job Duties:
· Reports to the Risk Manager -Credit Manager – Credit Card Manager
· Processes all credit applications for Wholesale Divisions
· Collection Manager; Identify accounts and gather necessary documentation to place accounts into collections
· Reporting of Collections and Credit Applications to Management Team
· Process ACH payments of customers
· Help develop, improve, and implement Credit/Collections Policy
· Manage Company fleet of 130 vehicles
· Address driver issues with maintenance, fuel cards, registration, mileage reporting, and other fleet duties
· Participate in Annual Mileage Reporting and Vehicle Budget/Ordering
· Assist Compliance Department with Chain Store Permitting
· Ad hoc Fleet reporting as requested
· Assist SVP of Operations and Information Technology with reporting and analysis as requested
Environment:
· Office Hours Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. plus additional hours as needed
· Must be present in office to perform duties
· Climate-controlled Cubicle
· Primary tasks completed working at desk on computer
· Lifting of up to 20 lbs. on occasion
