POSITION SUMMARY: This is an executive level staff position in a multi-plant environment. Responsibilities of operations and growth are first and foremost within the incumbents’ history, followed by Lean as it models Toyota Production System.
Full P&L would be a huge plus
This position could quickly come with a succession clause as the sitting CEO is possibly planning a retirement in the near future.
Areas of direct reports include Supply, Operations Management, Production Control, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, Business Unit Performance, Sales and Profitability.
Our Client company is looking for a highly-skilled, senior-level Chief Operating Officer to help them continue their impressive growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will report directly to the CEO and possess experience working in an Industrial Manufacturing environment – our client needs someone with expertise who can keep these numbers growing by adding $350 MM – USD – 400MM worth of revenue over and above their current level north of $550MM, through 2022!
The ideal candidate should have 15+ years or more of industrial manufacturing experience with 10+ years at a senior level, specifically overseeing operational revenues north of $550MM. They must also show results-oriented solid leadership abilities, leading teams while achieving outstanding growth levels.
I would love to talk with someone qualified for the COO position but probably has some experience in leadership as well. Is there anyone out there that comes close?
