Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing CNC programs using Esprit Software and setting up CNC Milling Machines, including 3-axis and 5-axis machines. The CNC Technician will primarily work with Mazak and Haas machines and will oversee and manage special projects, including project planning with a strong emphasis on quality assurance. Additionally, the role involves identifying areas for process improvement, exploring innovative manufacturing methods, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Collaboration within a team is crucial for optimizing manufacturing processes in terms of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

CNC Technician Responsibilities:

  • Develop CNC programs using Esprit Software for CNC Milling Machines, including 3-axis and 5-axis machines.
  • Work primarily with Mazak and Haas machines.
  • Oversee and manage special projects, including thorough project planning with a focus on quality.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and explore new manufacturing methods to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate within a team to create manufacturing processes that optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.

CNC Technician Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with an industrial engineering degree being a plus.
  • Proficiency in evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
  • Familiarity with CAD, CAM, and related software, with experience in SolidWorks considered advantageous.
  • Knowledge of G Code or Mazatrol programming, and experience with Esprit or Mastercam is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and management abilities.
  • High level of technical expertise in CNC operations.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
