CNC Milling Supervisor

Oversee 18 employees on 3 shifts.
Employee reviews, dealing with employee concerns, able to motivate staff to perform at their best to meet schedules
Work with all departments to help meet company objectives.
Proficiency in safely operating all machine tools
Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions
Can determine basic need for adjustments or repairs
Perform basic setups efficiently with minimal direction and supervision
Accurately calculates and sets machine controls to regulate machining operations
Perform first part inspection and in process inspections
Ensures all documentation is complete and correct
Identify root causes and corrective action for quality problems
Maintain equipment and work area on a daily basis in a clean and orderly condition
Verify conformance of finished work-piece(s) to specifications, using all measuring and inspection tools
Read, understand, and interpret Customer prints using basic GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2018 or equivalent)
Strong working Knowledge of G and M codes
