CNC Machinist/Op

Applicants must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience setting up CNC lathes and Haas VMC’s. They must have complete knowledge of working with G-code, M-code, and programming FANUC controls. They must be adept with inspection procedures and have their own tools. This candidate will be responsible as the CNC department lead and report to manufacturing engineering.

Must be capable of setting up a CNC lathe without assistance.

Must be capable of setting up a VMC without assistance.

Must have experience setting up a Swiss CNC lathe.

Must have 5-10 years of machining experience.

Must be able to program CNC lathes.

Must be able to program a VMC.

Must have working knowledge of programming with G-code and M-code.

Must be capable of troubleshooting machining issues, bad threads, surface finish, etc., and must be able to make necessary corrections.

Must be capable of completing your own part inspection using the available inspection equipment.
