Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a large non-profit organization who is looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team. The CFO reports to the CEO and is responsible for providing strategic financial oversight and management to support their mission. The CFO plays a vital role in overall fiscal management and sustainable practices. The CFO will direct the decision-making through effective financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 7 – 10 years’ of finance experience
• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
• Knowledge and experience with policy direction and financial regulations
• Experience managing employees
