Our client is an innovative and leading firm in the market research space that is seeking a growth focused, innovative, tech-oriented leader with Qualitative Research experience to join the firm in the role of CEO (Chief Executive Officer).

Reporting to the Chairman, the ideal candidate will lead the firm’s functions; including operations, technology, marketing, client services, and finance.  The CEO will be primarily responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s growth strategy while improving the efficiency of on-going operations. 

We are therefore looking for an entrepreneurial leader with previous sales and management experience, a proven track-record of effective team management and a true passion for developing and implementing growth strategies. 


•     Problem solver with a demonstrated track-record of success in leading a business unit or company.

•     Highly entrepreneurial and creative.

•     A collaborative management style that is frank and honest.

•    Tech-oriented and savvy leadership experienced – skilled at managing diverse teams across multiple regions.

•     Highly analytical and inquisitive.  Must be financially savvy as a manager that focuses on P/L.

•     Prior experience in sales, data, digital information or communication industries.

•    Significant and detailed experience in contract negotiation, administration and operations.


•     Lead all Company departments.

•     Consistently meet the monthly gross margin and operating margin targets.

•     Develop and implement new product lines and new revenue sources.

•     Fiscal review and management of all profit centers and formulate directives or projects to improve profitability.

•     Serve as the firm’s leader and representative to the public and clients, including maintaining and developing client relationships.

•     Day to day creative problem solving to improve value, including analyzing situations adverse to company objectives, implementing remedies, communicating directives and following up with status and eventual completion/resolution.

POSITION LOCATION: Remote; moderate travel required.
