East Tennessee manufacturing operation located in the greater Knoxville area has immediate opening for an Account / Business Development Manager. Products are used in a variety of industries including HVAC, power generation, chemical processing, aerospace and others.
The Account Manager needs to be a go-getter who is interested in developing new business and generating sales growth. Prefer candidates with a BS degree and at least 5+ years experience in technical sales. This position can be based out of a home office, but there will be times coming to the plant will be necessary. Estimated air travel is 25-30%, all domestic. This is not a “road warrior” kind of role.
