The Benefits Account Manager is responsible for servicing clients in the employee benefits division. These tasks include building rapport, serving existing and potential customers, identifying their insurance needs, and coordinating the placement of benefit plans to meet those needs. The account manager’s goal is to find solutions for our clients and ensure they are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.
