Responsible for meeting the established Standards of Nursing Practice and promoting cooperation among the health care team. Assist the department director in meeting the department goals. In conjunction with the Director, the Manager shall meet personal accountabilities as defined in the standards of Service, People, Quality, Growth and Cost. Assumes the role of Director when Director is absent from facility when directed to do so and will have supervisory responsibilities related to staff selection, terminations, performance evaluations, quality improvement and progressive discipline.
CERTIFICATIONS BLS ACLS California Registered Nurse License 2+ Years Critical Care RN Experience
