Asphalt Project Manager

Senior on-site manager in charge of major project construction, execution. Will oversee the day to day operations on construction projects ranging from 3M-150M

The projects are roadway/highway paving projects

Coordinates, plans and supervises field staff, subcontractors and craft activities for the entire project and or multiple projects.

Maintains liaison with other departments to insure all required materials, equipment and inspections to support the project schedule.

Coordinates plans and specifications with Construction Manager clarifying discrepancies.

Responsible for the technique, economic and operations plans.

Negotiates with the client.

Participates in the estimating process.

Optimizes means and methods.

Responsible for entire project budget.

Must have 10+ years experience in heavy, civil construction.

Must have directly related experience with projects ranging from 5 million to 50 million dollars.
