Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Leadership Team and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. Reporting directly to the Human Resource Manager, you’ll handle a variety of tasks, from presentation preparation and data analysis to organizing meetings and events. This is a full-time, 100% onsite position, offering a vibrant and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and manage confidential organizational reports and records, ensuring timely follow-up on pending matters and handling sensitive information with discretion.

·       Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling tours, lunches, travel, meetings, dinners, and trainings.

·       Maintain metric worksheets and generate monthly reports.

·       Submit expenses for the CEO using Concur.

·       Craft compelling PowerPoint presentations and coordinate bookings for various meetings

·       Assist the Contracts Administration team with tasks such as NDA preparation and agreement drafting.

·       Serve as a backup for the front desk as needed.

·       Plan and support exciting annual company events, such as holiday gatherings, golf outings, and Camp Jorn.

·       Manage internal and external correspondence with the ability to act independently.

·       Embrace other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.


Required Qualifications:

·       6+ years of experience in an office environment.

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

·       Highly flexible and proactive, capable of handling urgent, confidential, and complex tasks with changing priorities.

·       Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.

·       High level of confidentiality, reliability, discretion, quality, and professionalism.

·       Effective at interacting with individuals at all organizational levels as well as external contacts, including customers.
