We are searching for an Account Executive for a biotech software start up company based in the Seattle area. This position could be remote for the right person.
The Account Executive should have experience selling life science B2B SaaS products to universities, biotech and pharmaceutical companies with a proven track record of building relationships with KOL’s and managing accounts throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
Requirements of the Account Executive:
Bachelors degree; life sciences degree preferred
2+ years experience selling life sciences B2B SaaS products to universities, biotech and pharmaceutical clients
Strong prospecting, team-selling, and territory account planning experience
Results oriented individual with a proven track record exceeding sales quotas
Experience building relationships with KOL’s and decision makers
Understanding of laboratory environment and protocols
A willingness to work collaboratively in a start-up environment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Responsibilities of the Account Executive:
Prospect, develop and close new customers on the platform
Drive customers throughout the sales lifecycle and buyer journey
Manage new and existing clients
Forecast and track sales quotas and sales activities
Collaborate with marketing and engineering to be the voice of the customer and the voice of the company
